Do not be afraid, only believe.
There will always be a word of encouragement from the heart of God for your life. It does not matter the situation you are living in, God can reverse it. Even if people tell you that everything is over and it is not worth doing anything else, keep doing it. Keep believing! This is the proposal of the Gospel to all those who profess their faith in Jesus Christ. Keep on believing is not staring at the wounds of body, soul or spirit, but saying in a loud voice: I will not give up!
What to say about the life of Jairus, a leader, a father who loved his family, who lived, however, a moment of trial. This father went looking for Jesus in order that the life of his young daughter, who was only twelve years old, was healed of an illness. When he arrived at his house, and Jesus went with him, they received the sad news: "Your daughter died. Everything is over, your effort was in vain. Let's bury the girl. Give up now, it's too late for the miracle to happen. "
By listening to those words and seeing all the people crying for the death of his daughter, Jairo was disturbed. His world had collapsed on his head. There was nothing else to do, but to prepare the funeral. Inside him there was a voice saying: "What was the use of you being a leader of the synagogue? Your prayers can not comfort you at this moment of pain. What was the use of being a good person and an exemplary father? And what was the use of your scream for relief to the ears of Nazareth? Bury your girl ... "
Suddenly, the voice of failure, doubt, fear and incredulity gives place to a sweet voice. A voice that was not from this world of uncertainty and death. But it was a voice of eternity that does not know any pain, death, tears and fear. It was the voice of the possibility that tells us: "... for God everything is possible ..." While the voices of this world was telling that father: "Bury your girl", the voice that echoes through eternity was saying, "Son, I know your heart is in distress and fear knocks at your door. I know your pain, but I say to you:" Do not be afraid, only believe. "Jairus believed in the words of the Lord Jesus and the miracle happened. Life was celebrated! The family was blessed.
This is the word of God for your life, my brother! It does not matter what has happened or is happening in the story of your life. It does not matter what you missed. You will not "bury your little girl!" Believe me, go ahead! Believe the word of God that says: "You are more than a winner." The miracle of life will reach all the areas of your life. Your family will be restored. Your ministry as a priest of the Lord is not over yet. There is a word of victory for your life, and it says: "Do not be afraid, only believe!"
